Trump’s rules on the inauguration of the day have rather turned to utility: yes to the best superpowers in the world, the imperial claims in the world in certain parts of the planet were considered vital to national interests. Yes, to covet the strategic minerals of Greenland and the essential navigable way of Panama. No to wars forever in places like Ukraine where the United States pays while Europe demands the advantages of the Reduction of Vladimir Putin’s march.
