It may be an intelligent game. These preprogrammed meals, mostly pre -prepares, are a unique characteristic for Tovala – something that is not found elsewhere on the market. You register for a number of meals per week, between four and 16 meals in total, which will arrive packed in a fresh weekly box. The menu of each week offers a choice of 35 or more options per week, with few vegetarian options but a good number of “gluten” meals and protein rich.
But you must also choose an oven, which in my case arrived four days before meals. The oven does not see with the obligation to keep it – you can return within 100 days, if it does not agree with you – but to obtain the steep discount, you will have to stick to six weeks of meal plans. Otherwise, you pay the high price or return the oven.
The sale on Tovala meals is facilitated, without compromising the texture. They are easy enough to prepare so that I would not really consider it the kitchen. It is mainly a question of organizing some ingredients between two aluminum plates. I cut a few peppers for a bowl of chimichurri coriander, but if not, the only knife I used on six meals was the one I used to cut my cute net after cooking.

The oven has a small QR and Barcode scanner like those of the supermarket. Use it to scan the recipe card, and the oven does almost the rest, often causing bikes through the same small trio of functions: steam, convection cooking, then a little toasted to brown the top. It’s a simple tip, but it’s a good thing. Most meals take less than 2 minutes to prepare and less than 20 to cook.
I would not call too complex or diaper meals, but they were surprisingly worldly and varied, ranging from a soft iced salmon with marinated vegetables and noodles, to a credible red Italian chicken parm. A “spanikopita quesadilla”, folded, folded, tzatziki and feta folded in a tortilla: the latter was both tasty and a little dinky, and I would have enjoyed a little side.
