The Gaza Humanitarian Foundation (GHF) supported by the United States will not give any help on Wednesday when it presss Israel to stimulate civil security beyond the perimeter of its distribution sites, one day after dozens of Palestinians in search of aid were killed.

A resolution requires nine votes in favor and no veto by permanent members – the United States, Russia, China, Great Britain or France – to pass.
The war in Gaza has been raging since 2023 after Hamas activists killed around 1,200 people in Israel during an attack on October 7 and brought back some 250 hostages in the enclave, according to Israeli accounts. Many of those who were killed or captured were civilians.
Israel responded with a military campaign which killed more than 54,000 Palestinians, according to the Gaza health authorities. They do not distinguish between fighters and non-combatants, but say that civilians have brought the weight of the attacks and that thousands of additional bodies have been lost under rubble.
