Ukraine claims to have struck more than 40 Russian bombers in a number of military bases, in one of its most daring drone attacks since the start of the war.
Images seem to show Russian war planes on a track struck and burst into flames.
Other videos seem to show burning freight boxes on a truck near the Russia air base as well as smoke rising from the Olenya air base in the country.
Sources of the Ukraine Security Service, SBU, told the BBC that “enemy strategic bombers burn en masse in Russia”.
They also said that Ukraine was doing “a special -scale special operation aimed at destroying enemy bombers”, according to a press release sent by BBC Ukraine BBC sources.
