His daughter, Victoria Joneswas found dead in a luxury San Francisco hotel in the early hours of January 1.

The tragic discovery was made by a guest at the Fairmont Hotel in San Francisco, an upscale establishment known for its long history.
Tommy Lee Jones’ daughter was found lying on the floor of the 14th floor of the hotel early on New Year’s Day.
A source told Daily Mail that the guest initially thought she might be drunk and alerted hotel staff.
Staff members quickly realized the 34-year-old man was unresponsive and immediately began CPR while calling for help.
San Francisco firefighters confirmed they responded to a call for medical help at 2:52 a.m. First responders attempted to resuscitate her, but she was pronounced dead at the scene.
According to our source, there were no signs of trauma on Victoria’s body and police did not find any drug paraphernalia.

Victoria was the daughter of the famous actor and his second wife, Kimberlea Cloughley, whom he married in 1981.
The couple enjoyed marital bliss for over a decade before their union ended in 1996.
Along with their daughter Victoria, the former couple share a son, Austin Jones, 43.

In 2001, Tommy left his third wife, Dawn Laurel-Jones, to whom he is still married.

The news of Victoria’s death left fans heartbroken. Shortly after announcing the news, TMZ shared the tragedy on Instagram, sparking a wave of reactions from fans.
Many expressed their sadness and offered their condolences to the Jones family.
“Condolences. This is a really sad way to lose someone, especially a family member, on the first day of the year too,” one fan wrote.

After directing Victoria in “The Three Burials of Melquiades Estrada,” Tommy Lee Jones spoke warmly of her in interviews.
Praising her abilities in an interview promoting the film, he said: “She’s a good actress, she has her SAG card and speaks impeccable Spanish.”
He shared personal details about her upbringing, adding, “When she was a baby, I told Leticia, her nurse, to speak to her in Spanish.”
