Think deep-fryer sweet potatoes, oatmeal, smashed chicken tacos, yogurt bowls, cottage cheese, and savory snack plates. Oh and I love one-skillet meals! My grandmother really inspired me to cook more, and It’s one of my New Year’s resolutions,” she explains.
