Former NFL star Matt Kalil filed a lawsuit against his ex-wife Haley Kalil after the TikTok influencer discussed her virility via social networks.
The 36-year-old athlete filed legal documents on Tuesday, January 6, claiming that Haley, 33, provided “invasive comments” and attracted “unwanted attention” by saying during a November 2025 Twitch livestream that his penis size was the “most important factor” in the couple’s breakup. The legal deposit was first reported by TMZ.
Haley said Us every week in a statement Tuesday evening that she had been blindsided by Matt’s record. “I am truly shocked and incredibly hurt to learn of this filing. Litigation is a heartbreaking and emotionally draining experience, and I am heartbroken that he would choose to put us and our families through this ordeal,” the statement read.
Haley said during the livestream with another content creator Marlon Garcia that Matt’s masculinity caused ongoing marital problems before Haley filed divorce him in 2022. “I was going to try everything – therapists, doctors [and I] I looked up some lipo type shit, you know what I mean? she said at the time. “It was like he was 0.01 percent of the population. We tried everything [and it was] impossible unless you cry.
According to the TMZ report, Matt’s lawsuit stated that Haley’s comments “implied that the size of [Matt’s] genitalia was a primary factor in the parties’ divorce and claimed that sexual intercourse… would leave her “in tears.”
The documents reportedly claimed Matt said his family was forced to ‘endure the continued public circulation of these degrading and deeply personal statements.’
Matt’s filing also claimed that Haley was able to “benefit financially from this increased traffic.” Matt is now seeking damages “for all causes alleged in the complaint,” with the total amount “exceeding $75,000,” according to the outlet.
Haley emphasized in her statement to We that his November live stream included several glowing nods to Matt, including a reference that deemed him the “best guy in the world.”
She said We“The truth is in the original livestream. I talk about him in multiple ways throughout this conversation.”
Haley publicly defended the livestream after its release, saying TMZ Sports in a November 5 statement, he claimed the couple’s marriage problems weren’t limited to the size of Matt’s penis. “It’s unfortunate that just one fragment is amplified because it doesn’t tell the full story of how important things are to me,” she told the outlet at the time. “I hope [the] A conversation lasting an hour and a half reflects more than a funny phrase.
Matt, who retired from professional football in 2019, and Haley married in 2015 after getting engaged three months into dating. Matt has since remarried a model Keilani Asmuswith whom he shares a son, while Haley remains single.
Haley said in a June 2024 episode of the “Post Run High” podcast that he was still “one of the [her] closest friends” despite the couple’s separation.
