'Redo the election': Brazil's ex-president Bolsonaro appears in court on attempted coup charges

Former Brazil president Jair Bolsonaro appeared on Monday before the Brasilia court, accused of plotting a coup to prevent the handing over after losing the country’s elections in 2022. A co-accused testified that Bolsonaro, who would go to the stand later this week, helped to write a plan to “redo the election”.
