The junta of Burkina Faso claims to have foiled “yet another attempt at destabilization”




In tonight’s edition, Burkina Faso points the finger at Ivory Coast, claiming funds from its neighbor were channeled into an allegedly foiled plan to assassinate Burkinabe junta leader Ibrahim Traoré. Additionally, the United States has added Nigeria and more than twenty other African countries to its visa list. And films made in Nigeria’s Muslim-majority north are gaining popularity far beyond the region.
