The Real Housewives of Miami star Alexia Népola raises eyebrows after being spotted with ex-husband Todd Nepola – by wearing a particular piece of jewelry.
“They are dating,” a source shared exclusively with Us every week. “They have been traveling together since their divorce. They spent New Years together in Paris.”
According to DeuxMeAlexia was seen wearing her wedding ring while visiting the Costes Hotel in Paris with Todd.
The insider, however, assured fans that the Bravo star “is not engaged.”
“It’s her old wedding ring that she just likes to wear every once in a while, especially when they’re together,” the source explained. “They are still wondering what their relationship is like. Alexia is happy about it. They are trying to move on, make a new start and leave the negative in the past.”
We confirmed in March 2025 that Todd and Alexia were officially divorced after almost three years of marriage.
According to court documents obtained by Wethe former couple reached an agreement that “they wish to remain confidential”. The parties both signed the agreement “freely and voluntarily” with the assistance and advice of an attorney.
A few weeks later, a source said We that even though the duo are no longer husband and wife, “they are still together” and are considered boyfriend and girlfriend.
After kicking off a new year together in the City of Lights, Todd and Alexia still don’t know what the future holds.
“It’s day to day,” the insider explained. “They’re living apart. They’re trying to find their new normal.”
Alexia, who is an original cast member of The Real Housewives of Miamiwas previously married to Peter Rosello Sr. (which was the subject of the Netflix show Cocaine Cowboys: the kings of Miami) from 1992 to 1996. They share two adult sons, Peter and Frankie.

Through all the ups and downs of her love life, Alexia has continued to document her journey to finding a forever person. Bravo cameras rolled while she planned it wedding day to Todd and celebrated with his close friends, including Marysol Patton, Larsa Pippen And Lisa Hochstein.
“After the two marriages I had, you know, I was super jaded,” Alexia said in a December 2021 episode of The Real Housewives of Miami. “But when I met Todd about five years ago, I knew he would be the one I could trust. Honestly, I really want to be married to Todd for the rest of my life. He loves me.”
In the most recent season, however, viewers saw Alexia become emotional on several occasions as she tried to navigate her post-divorce life.
Although Bravo has yet to officially announce casting decisions for The Real Housewives of Miami season 8, Alexia is simply focused on heading into 2026 with a grateful heart.
“Closing the year where the lights shine a little brighter. Paris 🤍“, she wrote via Instagram on Monday January 5. “End the year full of gratitude. Ready for 2026 ✨.”
