look back at 2025 and my goals for 2026

Looking back at the year and sharing some of the things I’ll be working on in 2026.

Hello friends! How are you doing? I hope you are having an amazing week so far. The kids are back at school, Liv’s 14th birthday is this week (HOW?!), and I’m just starting to get my life back together. I felt very productive until winter break, and got back into things very slowly.

I’m looking forward to getting back into a routine, having fun things coming up, and being cautiously optimistic for the new year.

Some personal highlights from 2025:

– We went to Disneyland to celebrate Liv’s birthday

– Beef steak with friends

– The pilot retired from the Air Force

– We celebrated Wyatt’s Bar Mitzvah

I of Carmina Burana with the symphony choir

– My brother Bailey got married!!

– In my most unhinged and successful travel plan ever, the girls and I took a Disney cruise to Europe and spent over 5 weeks in Spain.

– and the latest addition to our family: Lola the min goldendoodle. We are all absolutely in love with this sweet girl and Maisey already loves having a sister. She’s definitely a puppy, but she has great energy and doesn’t constantly pester Maisey. I can say they are going to be best friends.

look back at 2025 and my goals for 2026

Professional summary:

From a Integrative health practitioner From that perspective, it’s been a year filled with learning, expansion, and customer success. It was so amazing to see their wins, and I reviewed over 100 lab tests last year!

I won the 100 Day Challenge thanks to your incredible support (#7 out of over 5,000 practitioners!) and was invited to speak on a Health Coach Success panel with other IHPs that I respect and admire so much.

I feel so lucky every day to be connected to EquiLife’s incredible mission and the inspiring people who support it. I can’t wait to see what CPI and EquiLife have us booked for next year!!

I hired a podcast manager and we saw 700% growth last summer, which was huge! He helped me with show notes, editing, creating reels and full video episodes. on YouTube. I took a little break for the holidays and can’t wait to go back with some amazing guests booked for this month.

I am also grateful to affiliate partners, including Lumebox, Nutrisense, EquiVie, CPI, Connection, Higher DOSE, Cafe Danger, Organization, A skin, ButcheryBox, Canopy, Somavedic, Air doctor, Vivarays, Vivrelle, Hydrow, We feed raw, Sculpture Society, Oliveda and to all of you who shop through my links. It directly supports our family (and helps keep this little blog going), and I really appreciate it. I also started working with EllieMD this year because I love their products!

I launched Healing Codewhich is my new signature program, and also launched Receipt of income as mentoring to a comrade Integrative Health Practitioners and health coaches looking to grow their business. I also held my first workshop and am excited to do more in 2026; stay tuned for details on the next one!! Our next group program, DetoxU, officially launches next week, so more information to come. Lots of fun things on the horizon 😉

My efforts this year will focus on coaching clients and program participants, my Revenue Rx clients as I help them build profitable, freedom-based businesses, and of course, creating content on the podcast, Instagram, and blog/Substack.

In full disclosure, the blog has had its ups and downs. When I started the year, ad revenue was crushing it. I saw numbers I haven’t seen since the days of blogging. While we were in Spain, my ad revenue was the best it had been in years. (Which confirms my thinking that we do indeed need to move to Spain.) Well, this fall it all fell apart, he hasn’t recovered yet, and I doubt that’s the case.

With Google’s constant updates and AI search, people really don’t need to click on blog posts to get information. Research was a huge reference point for me, and now it’s terrible. Advertising revenue is now about 1/4 of what it usually is this time of year…and it’s expensive to keep a blog alive with all the associated costs.

The good news is that I have multiple sources of income – which is why you can’t put all your income eggs in one basket – but the devastating news is that I think a lot of bloggers will jump ship this year. I started a substack which reminds me of the blogging days; no advertising, no writing for The Man (aka Google search) and it’s just casual and fun. I’ll still post here of course, but if you’d like to follow along there, I’d love to see you!!

Personal and health goals:

My health goal is to continue working on the habits that make me feel better, like quarterly detoxessmart supplements, restorative practices, proper nutrition, walks, workouts (I like a mix of weight training, barre, spin, Pilates and hot yoga) and stress management. My goal is to minimize toxins as much as possible, fill in the deficiencies, and continue to use functional laboratory testing as a great tool. I am proud of myself for taking charge of my health and identifying the root cause of what I was experiencing, as well as being able to share everything I’ve learned along the way.

I feel like I’m able to get things done again with workouts, and I might even set some fitness goals for the new year 😉 I’m planning our summer trips (Tokyo and Seoul! Please ask me if you have any recs!) and I just want to get back to some of the things I gave up on when I was trying to navigate homeschooling and work (like reading instead scrolling, meditating, completing my High Performance Health and IHP Level 3 certifications, and more time with friends).

Continue to be the best mom, wife and friend I can be. I want the people in my life to know how much I love them and to lead each day with a grateful, patient, loving heart. Some days are harder than others lol, but a morning gratitude check-in really impacts how I feel about the rest of the day.

I’d love to hear about your year and your goals! What are you proud of over the past year, what are you working on at the moment? Do you have health goals? Travel plans? I want to hear everything!

I wish you a happy, healthy, joyful and abundant 2026.

xo
