After the video went viral, Marlon hopped on a stream to set the record straight. He denied any wrongdoing and stressed that he was single at the time the video was recorded.
“I don’t know why I’m bringing this up when there’s nothing to resolve,” Marlon said. “Someone recorded me kissing a girl. I was 24 and single at the time, I didn’t talk to anyone.”
Marlon also discussed his relationship with streamer Yonna Jay. He stressed that Yonna had nothing to do with the incident and was the only person he felt sorry for amid the backlash. “She gets a bad rap,” he said, adding that because of the timing, some social media users think he’s making Yonna “dirty.” Marlon explained that this is the only reason he is tackling the situation.
Indiyah Polack Releases Statement Amid Dami Hope Cheating Allegations
Indiyah Polack, who starred in season 8 of “Love Island UK” in 2022, also addressed the video shortly after it went viral. In a brief statement on her Instagram Story, she admitted her mistake and said she would not be making any further comments.
“I am aware of the video that was shared online. I made a mistake and I take full responsibility for my actions,” Indiyah wrote. “I understand the hurt this has caused. I will not comment further.”

According to The Sun, the couple quietly split over the holidays after more than three years together.
