Burruss accused Tucker, who also appeared on several seasons of “RHOA” and their spinoff, “Kandi & The Gang,” of deliberately interfering with his one-on-one time with their children.
“Specifically, during the recent Christmas holidays, [Tucker] tried to ban children from traveling to New York to visit [Burruss] even though she had already incurred travel expenses for the children and provided [Tucker] with significant notice of his intention to exercise his parenting time during the children’s designated vacation time,” Burruss’ attorney noted in the filing.
