How to Keep Momentum Post-SSD


You have crushed our 8 -week Slim Slim Slim challenge! We cannot believe how fast this challenge happened! While the challenge ends this Sunday, May 4, you may be wondering what to do then or how do I not lose this momentum?

I just have the advice you need to stay on the right track and reach these goals! In addition, a brand new challenge, details at the end !!

1. Set new objectives

After finishing the Spring Slim Down Challenge, take the time to think about your achievements and set new goals. Whether you are improving your strength, increasing your endurance or trying a new video in MOVEHaving clear goals will help you stay motivated.

2. Establish a routine

The creation of a daily routine which includes time for exercise and a healthy diet can help you remain consistent with your healthy habits. Exercise a priority by planning it in your day, like any other appointment.

3. Responsibility

Continue to your responsibility group! It is not because the challenge finished the challenge does not mean that your group checks must! Having someone or a group to keep you responsible can make a big difference while staying on the right track.

4. Focus on nutrition

Remember that exercise is only part of the equation. Take care of your nutrition is just as important to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Focus on whole and nutrient foods to feed your body and support your fitness goals.

5. Celebrate your progress

Do not forget to celebrate your achievements, regardless of their size. Recognize the hard work and the dedication you put during our Spring Slim Down challenge and continue to celebrate your progress as you advance.

What to do then

Join my new move to May Challenge! This can, we abandon the state of mind everything or nothing and we focus on a simple and powerful habit: walking daily. Moving in May is your chance to engage at 20 minutes or 1 mile per day and feel the difference – physically and mentally.
