We all know how hard it can be to show up, especially when life gets busy or motivation wanes. But what if this time, your workouts could do more than just help you feel stronger?

From October 15, we invite you to join the Love your BODi challenge in 10 workouts*: a movement to reaffirm your commitment to your health and generate support for a cause that is close to our hearts—Save a warriora nonprofit organization that provides vital support to veterans, first responders and others facing post-traumatic stress.

It’s a powerful way to add momentum to your own journey, inspire those around you, and together, make a real difference.


This is how it works

    • Commit to 10 workouts.
      Complete 10 BODi workouts between October 15 and November 16, 2025. Choose your favorite programs or explore something new: every workout counts.
    • Connect and celebrate together.
      Join the free Challenge Room within the BODi Experience community to stay motivated, share your wins, and participate in a fun, points-based community challenge designed to keep energy high.
    • Make an impact.
      For every participant who completes all 10 workouts, BODi will donate $5 to Save a Warrior, up to $25,000 USD. Every sweat session helps you achieve your goals and supports those who have served our country.
    • Win the limited edition BODi badge.
      When you complete all 10 workouts, you will unlock the exclusive, limited edition “Love Your BODi” badge, a symbol of your dedication, strength and compassion.

Fuel your challenge with Tony Horton’s Power of 4

There’s no better way to kick off your challenge than with something new. On October 15the same day the challenge begins, caption BODi Tony Horton abandons his brand new program—Power of 4—in the BODi members library.

Whether you choose Power of 4 or any other workout from our library, each session gets you closer to your goal of 10 workouts.
