It was a busy morning inside Circuit Court of Carroll County, Maryland as The Real Housewives of Potomac stars Wendy And Eddie Osefo made an unexpected turn in his fraud case.

Despite filing separate motions last month, the couple asked the judge Tuesday to introduce themselves as co-defendants, according to a field report from The What Else is Happening podcast. The two men were arrested in October on more than a dozen fraud charges each after prosecutors accused them of staging a burglary at their home and submitting false insurance claims for luxury items. Their next hearing is set for December 19 and prosecutors are expanding their investigation.
