Our team is continually impressed by our LSF community. All the women in this community have worked hard and we are so proud of each and every one of you! You all completed this 6-week challenge strong and your transformations, inside and out, have been INCREDIBLE!
Thank you for pushing yourself and our community to be the best you can be!
Shannon Smith (@shannon.lsf)
Total pounds lost: 4

Shannon’s story:
“I lost an inch and a half on my stomach and 2.5 inches just above my hips!
I am very proud of the work I have accomplished in this challenge, because I’ve never been so consistent. This challenge meant more to me because I made the decision to prioritizing my health above everything else.
This meant that I I started taking thyroid medication for the first time, I really stood up for myself with the doctor, became very consistent with the workouts, and mastered that 80/20 lifestyle I always wanted. Even though the scale didn’t show all my progress, I was amazed at how quickly i lost a few inches off my waist.
I also noticedad a wave of confidence returned to my lifeand helped me feel happier in the world. I I started dressing in clothes that I liked best and showing off the parts of my body that I’ve hidden for so long. I’ve also gotten stronger (I’m back to my 15 pound dumbbells!) and I even want to try the barbell at the gym.
I did it all from home, at the beach and with my puppyy. I’m still doing well, although going back to school (I’m a teacher) is exhausting. I learn how it’s important that I take care of myself first (through nutrition, training, rest, etc.) so I can look better everywhere else. I loved HBMP because it allowed me to eat things I liked and be flexible when I needed to be. I will now go back.
And above all, I I enjoyed my accountability group because they were girls who understood what I was going through more than anyone in my life! It felt so amazing to win the week 3 prize because I felt like I was being seen for all my hard work! Thank you for this amazing community, and I’m really excited to continue building these habits.”

Total pounds lost: 2.8

At Dara’s History:
“This challenge was special for me! He marked my a year of constant daily exercise and focus on nutrition. Many milestones, including my 400 consecutive days and multiple PRs throughout the summer fitness assessment.
There were days when I didn’t feel like moving my body and I craved pizza and cinnamon rolls, but then I remembered why I was doing this: to be a strong woman who didn’t shy away from the opportunity to do more.
I am so proud of the progress made in just these 6 short weeks. Even though I haven’t lost a lot of weight, I feel like I’m starting to gain muscle and see definition.
I’m very grateful to the LSF community and was even the winner of week 5 – which was a very pleasant surprise! As always, my thanks for yet another fantastic challenge! »

Total pounds lost: 5.4

from Cambria History:
“This time the trip was more of a long term goal and not just a challenge to challenge focus. In January 2025 I started with the goal of losing 20 kilos the main “Why” being to take care of myself. From my 2025 GOALS planner: “My most important thing I want to accomplish this year is to lose 20 pounds so that I can function better physically and have a better mental state” This challenge helped me lose the last few pounds and I reached my goal of losing 20 pounds this year.
Is that right? Absolutely not. 2025 will remain the year of change. I’m in my early 40s and experiencing the ups and downs of perimenopause. I’m tired of being tired and fussy. Focusing on mental health, physical well-being, and growing my relationship with Jesus will continue to be at the heart of every day moving forward.
I feel better than I have in a while. I have more energy, less moody(most of the time 😉 and I am hearing the compliments my husband gives me. He is always an encouragement, but When you don’t feel good about yourself, it’s difficult to receive compliments the way they were intended. I’I look forward to seeing how God continues to work in the remaining 4 months of 2025 and look forward to I continue to present myself with LSF to improve my health.”
Our Pink Heart Award is given to a member of the #teamLSF community who not only remained dedicated to her own fitness journey, but was also extremely encouraging to her fellow #teamlsf! With each challenge, we ask members to submit people who have motivated them and been a source of positivity and encouragement throughout the challenge.
