This is Joel Freeman’s most effective program to date. The training is done over time and not on a fixed number of repetitions. This method allows you to stay tuned to the sensations that the movement provides and to concentrate on posture and good execution.
The workouts grow with you and challenge you with longer exercise intervals and shorter rest periods. This program adapts and grows as you do.
While Joel’s other programs, like LIIFT4® I LIFT MORE™incorporate HIIT into many workouts, 25 Minute Speed Train blends strength training with metabolic conditioning to optimize results. (There is an element of cardio, but no high-intensity intervals.)
Additionally, LIIFT4 and LIIFT MORE workouts are repetition-based and encourage heavy lifting. With 25 Minute Speed Train’s time-based intervals, you may need to lift lighter weights. Don’t worry, you’ll still feel the burning sensation and build muscle and endurance!
It’s still Joel’s signature style, but aimed at people who have a busy schedule and want to make real progress, quickly.

Joel has created a comprehensive 8-week program that includes 48 unique workouts, plus 2 recovery sessions that alternate each week.
You will train 7 days a week: 5 weight training sessions, 1 cardio and abs, and 1 mobility and flexibility. Each 25-minute session targets your upper, lower, abs, or entire body, and you’ll hit every muscle group, including the smallest, at least twice a week.
