Tom Brady kicked off his Christmas Eve celebrations by playing golf with his son Jack – weeks after his ex-wife Gisèle Bundchensecret marriage with Joaquim Valente.
Brady, 48, took to Instagram on Wednesday, December 24, to share photos of himself and his 18-year-old son, who he shares with his ex Bridget Moynahan, at Bakers Bay Golf and Ocean Club in the Bahamas. The former NFL quarterback, who also shares son Benjamin, 16, and daughter Vivian, 13, with Bündchen, 45, took off his shirt as he enjoyed the holiday outing with his eldest.
“Happy Christmas Eve,” Brady captioned a post from his getaway.
Us every week confirmed earlier this month that Bündchen and Valente, 38, are officially married. The couple began dating almost a year after Bündchen and Brady divorced. The model and Valente then welcomed their first child together, a baby boy whose name has not been publicly revealed, in February.

“It’s the first time I’ve seen someone who was first a friend of mine,” Bündchen said. The New York Times in March 2024 about his relationship with Valente. “It’s very different. It’s very honest and it’s very transparent.”
At the time, Bündchen clarified that she started dating Valente after her marriage to Brady ended, adding, “It’s a lie. It’s something that happens to a lot of women who are blamed when they have the courage to leave an unhealthy relationship and are labeled as unfaithful.”
She continued: “They have to take care of their community. They have to take care of their family. Of course, for me, it’s just a little magnified.”
Brady initially made headlines for his personal life when he dated Moynahan, 54, for more than two years before breaking up in 2006. Brady continued with Bündchen and two months later, Moynahan learned she was pregnant. Moynahan gave birth to Jack in 2007.
Brady continued to co-parent with Moynahan while expanding his family with Bündchen. After 13 years of marriage, the couple announced their decision to separate in 2022.
“We have come to this decision amicably and with gratitude for the time we have had together. We are blessed with beautiful and wonderful children who will continue to be the center of our world in every way. We will continue to work together as parents to always make sure they receive the love and attention they deserve,” Brady wrote via Instagram at the time.

Bündchen, for her part, noted at the time that she was looking forward to co-parenting with Brady, writing, “The decision to end a marriage is never easy, but we have grown apart and while it is, of course, difficult to go through something like this, I feel blessed for the time we had together and always wish Tom the best.”
More recently, Brady has reflected on her hopes while raising her children.
“There are definitely challenges and there are a lot of blessings, and I think we as parents are just trying to help them navigate a little bit,” Brady said exclusively. It’s 2024. “There’s a lot of cool things, a lot of things that are maybe a little tricky, but you just have to manage it all in the best way possible.”
He added: “I think it’s really important to give them perspective all the time. They’re kids, so we’re all human. We all go through things, so they’re going through their own unique set of experiences and you’re just trying to give them the right perspective on things that you’ve been through that you can relate to their lives.”
