Sarah’s story Highlights:

  • “First time participating in the Toned Body Challenge. I have done other LSF challenges before, but never the Toned Body Challenge. This is also the first challenge in several years that I have completely completed.”

  • “I always showed up to move my body, no matter what, even if it meant doing yoga or walking on days I didn’t feel 100 percent.”

  • “Movement is something I want to be part of my routine, period. I’ve never found a better program than MOVE because I don’t have to think too much; it’s all there for me, perfectly designed, ready to go, and aligned with my goals.”

  • “These last 30 days have been truly eye-opening for me. It has shown me that I am capable and that even when things don’t go 100% as planned, I can work around my obstacles to get where I want to go.”

  • “Things that make us feel better are worth the time and effort.”

  • “I also realized how much I appreciate the LSF community. I always had this mentality that ‘I can do things on my own’ – but I think I was confusing that with feeling that if I needed other people, that meant I wasn’t really doing it myself. Having a team on my side didn’t mean it wasn’t me making all that progress, it was still my own work.”

  • “I also resisted the word ‘accountability’ because I saw it as ‘tough love’…but what I didn’t see at first was that it wasn’t about tough love, it was about being encouraged by other people, praising yourself, making you feel good about yourself.”

  • “What I have gained in terms of confidence, support and mindset is so much more!”

  • “I can look at myself in the mirror without cringing now, because I know I’m making decisions, every day, that support who I want to be, and that’s something I can be very proud of!”

  • “After having two babies, I lost myself for a while…I learned that I need self-love to be the best version for them and that it’s not selfish at all.”

Community Thank You in Cambria:

I reached a plateau in my fitness because of this unfortunate event that happened in my life. However, a girl from Lsf was watching my main Instagram and I can’t thank Cambria (motivated_mama_lsf) enough for monitoring me through my main Instagram account. She started to understand that I wasn’t there emotionally and she was honestly one of the main reasons I was willing to do TBC. – Each day
