Thailand, Cambodia agree ceasefire after weeks of deadly border clashes




Thailand and Cambodia agreed to an “immediate” ceasefire on Saturday after three weeks of fighting that killed at least 47 people and displaced more than a million. The truce comes after three days of negotiations and applies to “all types of weapons, including attacks against civilians, civilian objects and infrastructure”, according to a statement signed by the defense ministers of the two countries.
