Nelly goes all out for Ashanti on their anniversary
Sunday, Ashanti captioned her birthday recap with words of love for her man, her man, her man! She wrote, “Living in the moment all day yesterday (and night) 12/27/25 I love you baby!! @nelly,” adding a bunch of flirty emojis and a thank you to their florist. The video itself showed the “Baby” singer exiting a room and entering a hallway, lined on both sides with roses in glass vases and tall candles. There were also heart-shaped balloons floating in the hallway and rose petals covering the floor. Nelly also opted for a huge bouquet with a “Happy Birthday” sign.
Ashanti seemed more than surprised; she had her hand over her mouth as she walked towards Nelly. When she finally reached her man, they kissed and swayed from side to side. They even appeared to perform a little dance move before he sprinkled rose petals over their heads. Later, their son appeared while walking down the rose petal aisle, hand in hand with mom!
