What the Nerd Fitness Challenge 2026 will help you do

I built this challenge around three of the most common problems I hear from people trying to get in shape, especially around this time of year:

1. “I don’t know what to do next.”

We will solve this problem by clearly indicating the actions to be taken each week.

2. “I don’t have much time.”

Everything we send will be simple, achievable, and designed for real life.

3. “I burn out in February.”

The entire Challenge is designed around maintaining momentum, not sprinting and stalling.

You’ll hear from me multiple times a week with ideas, tools, workouts, and strategies that actually work in 2026 – not just for the first 30 days, but for the entire year. 🙌
