The “Stop Training Again” [FREE DOWNLOAD]


One of the most common things I hear from people is:

“I’m tired of starting fitness again.”

They feel like they’re stuck in a loop:

  1. Be Motivated to Make a Change
  2. Go all-in with a new plan
  3. Life throws a curve
  4. Getting derailed and feeling like you have “failed”
  5. Finally, muster up the energy to try again

This cycle is exhausting. And while many people attribute this to “laziness” or “discipline”, I have not found this to be true.

This is usually a lack of clarity and support.

So I built something to help break this loop.

I named it with love The “Stop Starting Again” Workout (I know, super creative. 😂)

This is a short body routine that you can follow 2-4 times per week, with built-in options for:

  • Days when you have a lot of time and energy
  • Days when things feel GOOD
  • Days when everything is on fire

Same training.
