Zelensky appoints Ukrainian secret service chief Kyrylo Budanov as new senior adviser

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky on Friday named military intelligence chief Kyrylo Budanov to head his office, following the resignation of his top adviser Andriy Yermak following a corruption scandal. Budanov, recognized for his daring operations against Russia, will focus on security, defense and diplomatic efforts amid the ongoing war.
