Venezuelan leader Maduro and his wife indicted in New York on drug trafficking and terrorism charges




The United States announced terrorism and drug charges against Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro on Saturday, just hours after saying he had been captured and expelled from the country. The Venezuelan government demanded “immediate proof of the life” of Maduro and his wife after a “large-scale US strike” rocked Caracas with explosions and plane-like noises.
