Last rides of the old year and first of the new – BionicOldGuy

Last Tuesday, December 30, was our last group ride of the year. I struck out as leader and took the group southwest of Morgan Hill to the end of Redwood Retreat Road and back. It was a nice ride, the rains from the previous week were over, but the weather was getting a little gray as another round of storms was on the way.

On Wednesday, I snuck in a ride while we still had scattered showers. I cut my ride short when the main storm hit and ended up on my indoor cycle. Thursday was my first ride of the new year. It was gray but not raining yet (this happened later in the day) so I was able to get a decent ride locally.

Yesterday we had some unexpected sunshine between two storms, so I had a nice two hour walk, starting the new year off right. I took some video footage during this walk, and all the images below are stills from the videos, which are good quality.
