Just a few months later Denise Richards‘disorderly separation from ex-husband Aaron Phypershis life has taken a dramatic new turn, with a court decision that now threatens to leave his entire family homeless.
A Los Angeles judge granted the landlord possession of the mansion Richards once shared with Phypers, citing unpaid rent.
As eviction approaches, Phypers’ elderly parents have publicly launched a desperate plea for help, while new details reveal how dire the situation has become behind closed doors.

According to a Daily Mail report, Denise Richards’ ex-husband Aaron Phypers faces deportation after a Los Angeles court ruled that the owner of the Calabasas mansion he once shared with the actress had the right to repossess the property.
The six-bedroom, five-bathroom home is valued at $3.3 million and spans nearly 7,000 square feet.
The ruling came after non-payment issues, with landlord John Karan potentially having to pay an additional $84,000 in back rent while awaiting another court ruling.
Phypers has lived in the mansion with his elderly parents and brother for several years. The decision means they could be forced to leave the property in the coming days.

The development marks another major legal setback for the actor after he filed for divorce in July 2025 from Richards after six years of marriage.
For now, the future of where the family will live remains uncertain.

As eviction approaches, Phypers’ mother, Patricia, has launched a campaign GoFundMe campaign in what appears to be a last-ditch effort to raise funds.
The fundraiser, titled “Please Help My Son Aaron – A Grandmother’s Cry for Justice,” was created on December 4, 2025 and set a goal of $110,000. At the time of writing, the project had raised just $1,308 from seven donors.
In the description, Patricia wrote, “I am a mother and grandmother pleading for the public’s help,” before asserting, “My son, Aaron Phypers, has been destroyed by false allegations, the power of Hollywood, and a system determined to silence him.”

She also alleged that the family took responsibility for caring for Richards’ animals and said: “Now my son – the man who carried this entire house – has been cut, slandered, starved, wrongly arrested and left with nothing.” »

Patricia continued to detail the family’s financial situation, writing: “No income. No house. No ability to fight back.”
She added: “Our public services are closed. My pension is gone. We are out of options.”
Meanwhile, a source close to the family echoed these claims, telling the Daily Mail“83-year-old parents of Aaron Phypers will be put on the streets.”
The insider added: “[Aaron] is broke. He has no money. He didn’t get a cent.”
They claimed Phypers had been unable to find work since closing his wellness business, Quantum 360 Club, last year.
To further complicate matters, the family would not be eligible for government assistance because they are Canadian citizens.
The source also claimed that the “Dirty Hands” star didn’t have access to transportation or assets he could sell.

The source further claimed, noting that “the motorcycle he owns, he can’t even sell it because [Richards] It’s got the title on it.”
They added: “The truck, they are trying to take it back. It has nothing left, it has nothing left!”
With his finances collapsing, the 53-year-old hopes to get his funds back at a court hearing scheduled for January 7.
Phypers has previously claimed ownership and copyright to Denise Richards’ OnlyFans content, which reportedly brings in around $250,000 per month.
The TV personality has not publicly responded to the claim, but has instead reportedly requested spousal support from her spouse.
The family also plans to argue that they are owed thousands of dollars for caring for Richards’ dogs, saying she “spent her life’s savings” on it.

Beyond finances, the source said “the most painful part” for the Phypers family was losing access to Richards’ adopted daughter, Eloise.
The “Starship Troopers” star shares two biological daughters with Charlie Sheen and adopted Eloise, who has special needs.
In August 2025, Phypers declared PEOPLE Magazine that throughout his marriage to Richards, he believed he had signed the adoption papers and adopted Eloise. However, Phypers claimed his ex-wife never filed the documents.
Following this alleged shocking discovery, things took a turn for the worse for the actor in the months that followed.
In November 2025, Richards obtained a five-year restraining order against Phypers after being charged with two counts of injuring a spouse.
He has denied all allegations, and to date his criminal case remains ongoing.
Without legal representation and prior emergency hearings, Phypers faces an uphill legal battle as Richards reportedly rebuffs his financial demands.
