President Donald Trump announced that Venezuelan leader Nicolás Maduro and his wife had been captured and expelled from the country – and that they would be tried on criminal charges in New York.
Following the success of the mission, the FAA issued a series of Notice to Airmen (NOTAMS) over Venezuela as well as Caribbean airspace, prohibiting any flights without FAA approval.
NOTAMs should last until Saturday evening. As of this writing, it is unclear whether they will be extended.
