You have a public Reddit profile. Here’s how to organize it

To start changing what is visible, click one of the buttons Update buttons on the right. THE Profile And Avatar the options lead to options such as your display name and photo on Reddit, the social links you have displayed on your profile, and how you want Reddit to notify you about activity on the platform.

Go to Confidentiality on the settings screen and you get some control over your profile visibility. You have options for hiding your profile from searches, choosing whether or not people can follow your activity on Reddit, and controlling who can send you chat requests. You can, if you wish, disable chat requests completely.

To access the new settings that Reddit just added, click Update next to Organize your profile on your current profile page, or if you’re already on the main settings screen, open the Profile tab and scroll down to Organize your profile. Note that these options only affect what is visible on your profile; they do not affect the posts and comments themselves.

You can access these same settings through the official Reddit app to Android Or iOS Also. Tap your profile avatar in the upper right corner of any screen, then choose Organize your profile to access the new options, or Settings to configure all aspects of your Reddit experience (including your display name and profile photo).

There are two toggle switches in the curation settings: NSFWif enabled, will hide all NSFW content from your profile, meaning anything you’ve posted or comments you’ve left on subreddits marked as adult (not suitable for work). It does not cover NSFW subreddits you viewed; this information is not displayed on your profile.
