Mbolo-Isac taxi driver killed in deadly road rage

Police found 55-year-old man Issa Mbolo-Isac was fatally shot in the head near Morris Avenue and Cross Bronx Expressway in Mount Hope around 7 a.m. And emergency medical services workers pronounced him dead at the scene.
