6ix9ine reveals he will sleep next to Luigi Mangione in prison this time and would be honored if he kills him

Rapper Tekashi 6ix9ine recently revealed that he will share a cell with Luigi Mangione during his three months of incarceration after pleading guilty to violating the terms of his supervised release. For those who are not informed, Mangione, who was charged with the murder of UnitedHealthCare CEO Brian Thompson, is currently being held at the Brooklyn Metropolitan Detention Center ahead of his trial.

Tekashi 6ix9ine called into one of Adin Ross’ final streams before his incarceration on January 6, 2026. During the conversation, when Ross asked who his dorm mate was, the rapper, who claimed to be with Diddy the previous time, responded that his assigned dorm mate this time would be Luigi Mangione.

Ross laughed at the revelation and exclaimed that the 27 years old was going to kill him, to which the rapper suggested it would be an honor, saying:

“Imagine me going out like that, it’s like a good walkout.”

In another video posted on social networks, 6ix9ine also claimed that he would share the same premises as Nicolás Maduro, the president of Venezuela, arrested by the United States on January 3, 2026.

6ix9ine also called out people who accused him of lying despite previously saying he had been in the same facility as Sean “Diddy” Combs, Sam Bankman-Fried (the founder of the FTX cryptocurrency who was convicted of fraud in 2023), and Juan Orlando Hernández, the former president of Honduras, saying:

“Yo guys, remember when I told you I was in jail with Diddy, the President of Honduras, and Sam Bankman-Fried, and you thought I was lying? And then it came up that the President of Honduras was like, ‘He’s such a cool guy,’ so I put Diddy on the phone with Akademiks.”

The rapper added:

“Now I’m about to go meet the president of Venezuela. I’m lucky enough to be locked up with presidents. Oh, and I’m about to meet Luigi too, Luigi Mangione. I’m about to play chess with these niggas, eat ramen noodles.”

6ix9ine claims he will be held in the same prison as Nicolás Maduro and Luigi Mangione when he begins his sentence on January 6:“About to have the best basketball team the prison has ever seen”

A report from the New York Daily News previously confirmed that Tekashi 6ix9ine, Diddy and Sam Bankman-Fried were in the same accommodation at MDC.

A New York Daily News report published on November 20, 2024 confirmed that Tekashi 6ix9ine shared accommodation with Diddy and Sam Bankman-Fried. The rapper was in prison at the time for violating the terms of his five-year supervised release by using drugs and flying to Las Vegas without permission. Lance Lazzaro, his lawyer, said at the time:

“He was transferred to the same unit that P. Diddy is in. How they get along, I have no information on that.”

In an October 2025 interview with DJ Vlad, Tekashi 6ix9ine claimed to have asked Diddy why he wasn’t invited to the freak-off parties when they met in prison. For those not in the know, Diddy was found guilty of two prostitution-related charges after a two-month trial in July 2025.

He was sentenced to 50 months in prison in October 2025. The hip-hop mogul was transferred from MDC to FCI Fort Dix in New Jersey following his conviction. During his interview with DJ Vlad, Tekashi recounted his meeting with the founder of Bad Boy Records, saying:

“That’s when I was like, ‘Yo, why didn’t you ever invite me to any of your parties?’…Yeah, I’m like, ‘Yo, why don’t you invite me?'”

As for Tekashi 6ix9ine, his legal troubles began when he was arrested for his alleged involvement with the Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods during a racketeering case in 2018. During the trial, the rapper testified against the gang members in exchange for a lenient sentence. He was granted early release in 2020 and ordered to remain on supervised release for five years.

In November 2024, he pleaded guilty to violating his supervised release and was sentenced to 45 days in prison, with an additional year added to his supervised release. The rapper violated conditions multiple times in 2025. In February, he was arrested for possession of cocaine and MDMA, and in August, he was arrested a second time for allegedly assaulting a man at a Florida mall.

In December 2025, Tekashi 6ix9ine was sentenced to a three-month sentence for his transgressions after pleading guilty to the violations. He was ordered to report to the Metropolitan Detention Center on January 6, 2026.
