In the days following Victoria’s death, disturbing details about her final months have emerged.
THE Daily Mail obtained a photo from June 2025 showing Tommy Lee Jones’ daughter with what appeared to be a bruise under one eye.
She was arrested twice in 2025. The first arrest occurred in April after Napa Valley police conducted a wellness check and charged her with driving under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and resisting arrest.
Court documents said a plastic bag containing a white substance suspected to be cocaine was found in his pocket while he was in custody.
Victoria has pleaded not guilty and was due to appear in court later this month.
In June, she was arrested again following a domestic violence incident at the Carneros Resort and Spa in Napa.
Separate court records also indicated she was accused of elder abuse, charges to which she also pleaded not guilty.

Victoria was born in 1991 and entered Hollywood at a very young age. She made her film debut at the age of 11 with an appearance in “Men in Black II” in 2002.
She then appeared in an episode of “One Tree Hill” in 2005 and that same year starred in “The Three Burials of Melquiades Estrada,” a film directed by her father.
After directing her, Tommy Lee Jones praised her talent in a 2006 interview, calling her a “good actress” who spoke “impeccable Spanish.”
Although Victoria later gave up acting as an adult, she occasionally joined her father at red carpet events, including the premiere of “Just Getting Started” in 2017 and the Tokyo International Film Festival later that year.

Tommy Lee Jones was a loving father, but he was also very strict with his daughter when it came to work.
In a 2006 New Yorkers interview, the veteran spoke about directing Victoria when she appeared in his film “The Three Burials of Melquiades Estrada.”
At 14, Victoria was cast in the film, but she had to deal with the demands of early call time.
Tommy explained that one morning she simply refused to get out of bed for a 5 a.m. call, and in a moment he later described with a touch of humor, he “kicked” her off the set, telling her, “Honey, it’s work.”
According to him, the production team then gently woke her up and brought her to the set on time.
