Senator Brian Schatz of Hawaii may consider introducing legislation that could heavily regulate sports betting in the United States.
Journalist Pablo Torre, of Pablo Torre Finds Out, told X that he received word from the senator that federal legislation could be proposed in 2026 to regulate sports betting.
