The Gunners’ lead at the top of the top flight has been reduced to just two points in recent weeks, with Manchester City running out of steam in the title race.

Mikel Arteta’s men have had a good first half of the season, however, having lost twice in the league and remaining unbeaten in the Champions League.

Brighton, meanwhile, are without a win in four matches but are five points outside the top five. Fabian Hurzeler’s side have scored just one goal in their last three outings and the German coach is hoping his front can bring their shooters to the Emirates.
