Samsung is adding two new speakers to its audio lineup, along with updated soundbars with AI capabilities. Although it is not as discreet as the Samsung framethe new WiFi speakers, called Music Studio 5 and 7, have been designed to blend into the atmosphere of your living room thanks to their minimalist design. However, if you’re looking for a more practical option, Samsung has also updated its flagship HW-Q990H soundbar, while also introducing the more affordable choice of the HW-QS90H.
Samsung built the Music Studio 5 with a four-inch woofer and two tweeters, pairing them with an integrated waveguide to deliver better sound. To personalize the sound, Samsung has added its new AI Dynamic Bass Control which can enhance the bass sound without any distortion. You can even control the “gallery-inspired” speaker via voice or Bluetooth and it’s compatible with WiFi broadcast and streaming services.

For an upgraded option, the Music Studio 7 comes with 3.1.1 channel spatial audio featuring top, front, left and right speakers to deliver a more immersive 3D audio experience. You can calibrate the sound even further with Samsung Audio Lab Pattern Control technology and the same AI Dynamic Bass Control feature seen with the Music Studio 5. Samsung says the Music Studio 7 can play high-resolution audio with up to 24-bit/96kHz audio processing and can be used as a standalone speaker or paired with other Samsungs. audio devices.

To complement its new audio offerings, Samsung launched the HW-QS90H, or its all-in-one soundbar, with a 7.1.2 channel system featuring 13 speakers, nine of which are full-range speakers. The Quad Bass Woofer system built into the new soundbar lets you get deeper bass without a separate subwoofer. The all-in-one soundbar even features Samsung’s Convertible Fit design that can be mounted on a wall or placed on a table, and a gyroscopic sensor that can automatically adapt channel distribution based on its orientation, as we saw with the QS700F.
Samsung even updated its flagship HW-Q990H soundbar this year and introduced Sound Elevation, which makes dialogue sound more natural, and Auto Volume, which regulates a constant volume across all its channels for more balanced sound. All of Samsung’s latest soundbars and speakers will be on display at the CES 2026.
