The personal chef said she couldn’t breathe and “could have passed out.” Diggs allegedly let go of her by throwing her on the bed and saying something like, “I meant it.” When she again tried to plead in favor of her alleged missing salary, Diggs allegedly replied “lying” before leaving her room.

Additionally, the woman told police that she did not photograph her injuries but that there was redness on her upper chest. When the incident allegedly occurred, the chef said she had not received her monthly salary. The job with Diggs began in July and was supposed to last through the 2025 NFL season. Although they initially reportedly accepted weekly payments, they later switched to monthly, according to the incident report.

Stefon Diggs’ lawyer denies allegations

Stefon Diggs’ lawyer, David Meier, told the Associated Press in an emailed statement that Diggs “categorically denies these allegations. » Attorney Meier said the allegations never happened. Furthermore, he describes them as unfounded and uncorroborated.
