Sean “Diddy” Combs has taken his Beverly Hills mansion off the market amid ongoing legal issues while he serves a 50-month sentence at FCI Fort Dix.
The rapper, who recently filed an appeal arguing that his punishment is excessive and that the judge overrode the jury’s verdict, has struggled to find a buyer for the “creepy” mansion.
While incarcerated, Sean “Diddy” Combs marked the holidays with standard prison meals and activities, having shared Thanksgiving food with his fellow inmates.

Diddy quietly took his Beverly Hills property off the market more than a year after the property was first listed, amid his ongoing legal issues.
Property records obtained by Realtor.com show that the mansion was delisted on Dec. 24, ending a months-long attempt to sell the home, which had been priced at $61.5 million.
The ruling comes about two months after Diddy was sentenced to four years in federal prison for transporting people for prostitution. No official reason was given for the removal of the list.
The 10-bedroom, 13-bathroom mansion, purchased by the disgraced music mogul for $39 million in 2014, became widely known in March 2024 when Homeland Security agents raided it as part of a sex trafficking investigation. His Miami property was also searched during the investigation.

Meanwhile, Diddy filed an appeal challenging his 50-month prison sentence, arguing that the sentence went far beyond what is typical for the offenses.
In a 84-page filehis lawyer, Alexandra AE Shapiro, requested his “immediate release” after accusing Judge Aran Subramanian of overstepping his role by effectively acting as the “thirteenth juror” in the case.
The filing alleges the judge went beyond the jury’s findings in concluding that Diddy “coerced” and “exploited” his partners and orchestrated a broader criminal scheme, determinations that the defense contends were never supported by the verdict.

The appeal notes that defendants convicted of comparable offenses “are generally sentenced to less than 15 months for these offenses – even when coercion, which the jury did not find here, is involved.”

Diddy was convicted in July of two counts related to transporting individuals for prostitution, but was acquitted of the more serious charges of racketeering and sex trafficking that carried harsher penalties.
In sentencing, Judge Subramanian cited Diddy’s past abuse, including a 2016 assault involving his former partner Cassandra “Cassie” Ventura, as a significant factor.
Speaking directly to the “Bad Boy rapper,” the judge said, “The same power you used to hurt women, you can use to help them.” »
He further urged Diddy to take responsibility during what he described as a second chance.

However, with his appeal still pending, Diddy remains incarcerated at FCI Fort Dix in New Jersey, where he is expected to remain until his scheduled release in May 2028.
As the calendar changes, Diddy will usher in the new year from prison with meals that are far from glamorous but carefully planned.
On New Year’s Eve, lunch will consist of either a burger topped with lettuce, tomatoes and onions, or a black bean veggie burger, served with fries or a baked potato. Dinner that night includes pasta with marinara sauce and meatballs, along with a garden salad and garlic bread.
New Year’s Day begins with baked fish, grilled beef or tofu lo mein, accompanied by sides such as steamed broccoli, red beans or a baked potato. Dessert options include fruit or a seasonal treat.

Dinner will be even simpler, offering sandwiches filled with cold cuts and cheese or a peanut butter and jelly option, accompanied by chips, whole wheat bread, fruit and another dessert choice.

The New Year’s Eve meal follows a more elaborate Thanksgiving preparation at the establishment, which included roast turkey, soy chicken, cornbread stuffing, sweet potatoes, mashed potatoes, corn, gravy and whole wheat bread.
Diddy also purchased additional items from the commissary and shared them with other inmates, later explaining that the vacation was to ensure others had enough to eat.
“Everyone misses his family. People get depressed around the holidays. We just wanted to get together as a family and do our own thing,” he said. TMZ.
During the holiday season, inmates, including Diddy, were also able to participate in recreational activities such as sports tournaments, holiday concerts, card games and other events held within the prison.
