If it leaks, we can send big spoilers thence. Read only after viewing “Predator: Killer of Killers”.
This was supposed to be a year with only one highly expected “Predator” document, but welcome to surprise fate has delivered us two. First, “killer killer”, ” felt like Like a small (but attractive) appetizer of the main course: “Predator: Badlands.” The upcoming Live-Blockbuster is sure to have a new coefficient, marking First case in a franchise history where the scary Yautja is truly the main character of the movie. But not forgotten, the animated anthology film “Killer of Killers” has become strong out of the gate and has immediately established itself as one of the best in the entire series. Now it is fair to say that fans are waiting even more where it came from.
Fortunately, “Killer of Killers” is well aware of this fact, thanks to the end result, which certainly seems to set one hell sequel. The animated film is divided into three separate plots, each followed by three completely different main characters for three very different periods of human history. But at the end of each, a surprising tease combines everyone with each other. As we soon learned, Viking-warrior Ursa’s most important trio (Lindsay Lavanchy voted by Japanese Samurai Keniji (Louis Ozawa), and American WWII pilot Torres (Rick Gonzalez) survives narrowly to the Y-Off-World institutions they encounter.
Following the final screening of the film, they all unite them to the unspecified point in the future (and at some unnamed Yatja Gladiatorial Planet) the final identifier of the “Killer of Killers” event two Potential sequels at the same time. Torres and Kenji are still great as hunting begins again, which indirectly refers to another adventure. But when poor Ursa is imprisoned and taken to her cryosta chamber, her Yautja captors marched past her second familiar character just waiting to wake up: The Commanche Warrior Naru described by Amber Midthunder “Pey”.
You will be forgiven for thinking about it “Prey” left things to the final conclusionBut this was not the case. The film ended in a triumphant when the Commanche healer-wrapped Warrior Naru won skillfully and rescuing their tribe, ending credits subtly hinted with A very Different chain of future events. Although one Yautja was won in a miserable way, the animated sequence that appears over compensation seems to mean that the Yatja strikers will take a return visit to a close revenge at some point after the movie ends. With one short tease at the end of the “killer killer”, we now know that this nightmare scenario really came over and the string is now a prisoner. But if the events in the animated movie are something going on, maybe we have already been shown exactly how the story could be continued.
Director Dan Trachtenberg has long hinted at potential sequels to “beast” And well, he just managed to creep in to the “predator” movie that we would never have expected to appear. At the time of the publication, the filmmaker has not officially talked about his plans for the future of franchising. Instead, we are left to consider whether the “prey” is now set up in the sequel that occurs completely outside the world and in a similar situation where a number of other unfortunate people from different points in the country’s history are thrown together in the gladiator arena. At the same time, “Killer of Killers” also provides a skilfully based on its own direct follow-up film, this time after Torres and Kenj (and possibly Ursa) after their blatant Papeta company. All this calculates a pretty seamlessly animated movie in the last show that no one ever knew what to expect? Not too shabby!
“Predator: Killer of Killers” is now available as a stream in Hulu, while “Predator: Badlands” is placed in theaters on November 7, 2025.
