Hayley Kalil, better known as Haley Bayleeis “shocked” and “incredibly hurt” that her ex-husband Matt Kalil decided to sue her after she publicly commented on the size of her genitals.
The social media star claimed the ex-NFL star’s private parts were “like 0.01 percent of the population,” adding that it was “the biggest factor” in their divorce.
Matt Kalil insists Haley Baylee’s comment was “degrading” and brought unnecessary attention and distress to his family, especially his wife.

Baylee has responded to a lawsuit filed by her ex-husband, Kalil, suing her for her NSFW comment about her private part during a viral interview with Twitch streamer Marlon.
In a statement to Page six On Tuesday, the 33-year-old model insisted she hadn’t crossed the line in any way, noting she spoke “highly” about him instead.
“The truth is in the original livestream – which is still live on Marlon’s YouTube account, I praise [Kalil] in many ways throughout this conversation,” she told the outlet, adding that she was “shocked and incredibly hurt to hear the news about this case.”

“Litigation is a heartbreaking and emotionally draining experience, and I am heartbroken that he chooses to put us and our families through this ordeal,” the former beauty pageant titleholder continued.
She then highlighted six timestamps from the interview where she said good things about him, calling him a “very good guy” and the “best guy in the world.”

Baylee and Kalil married in July 2015, but broke up seven years later, citing irreconcilable differences.
In the viral interview, she revealed that intimacy issues were a major contributor to their split, describing how the jock’s manhood was quite difficult to cope with, she said. Page six.

“That’s the biggest factor,” she said, referring to the cause of their split, then went further to say that Kalil’s penis size was “about 0.01 percent of the population” and that his manhood was like “two Coke cans stacked on top of each other, maybe even a third.”

Since their split, Baylee has become a popular figure on social media, amassing nearly 10 million followers on Instagram and 16 million on TikTok. Meanwhile, Kalil has since remarried his wife, Keilani Asmus, and welcomed their child together in April 2024.
The former NFL offensive lineman filed a lawsuit Tuesday, claiming his “degrading and deeply personal comments” subjected him to “unwanted attention and invasive comments from the public,” according to TMZ.
He also added that his family members had been affected by his negative comments, particularly his new wife, who reportedly received “disturbing” and “alarming” messages following his viral comments.
He claims Baylee invaded his privacy and accused her of being unjustly enriched, as she benefited financially from the comment and received a boost in her followers as a result. He is seeking $75,000 in damages.

In a statement has Page sixKalil’s lawyer, Ryan Saba, ripped Baylee, accusing her of chasing “fortune and fame” with her remarks about her ex-husband’s manhood.
“Hayley Kalil disclosed private and intimate details about Matt Kalil that represented no legitimate public concern and subjected Matt Kalil and his family to widespread ridicule and unwanted attention,” the former football player’s attorney said.
He continued: “Hayley Kalil shared these sensitive personal details about her ex-husband in an apparent quest for fortune and fame.”
“Her actions were extreme, outrageous, beyond all possible bounds of decency, and caused significant harm to Matt Kalil, his family and his business,” Saba added.

After her comment went viral, Baylee lamented how it was seemingly taken out of context and said she “cares deeply” about the former Minnesota Vikings draft pick’s private life.
“I care deeply about respect for his privacy and the integrity of what we shared together,” she said. Page six at the time. “During our live stream, we talked about so much more than what’s on display: the love in our marriage, the growth we’ve experienced, the depth of our connection.”
She added: “It’s a shame that just one fragment is amplified, because it doesn’t tell the full story of how important things are to me. I hope our hour-and-a-half conversation reflects more than just one funny line.”

In a previous TikTok video, she explained that their split was amicable, contrary to speculation that it may have been contentious.
“I feel like when people break up these days, there’s supposed to be a dramatic revelation about all the ways they cheated on you and wronged you,” she said. “But I feel like the older I get, my relationships don’t end like that anymore.”
