Before his second birthday, Halo had a hair appointment for which famous stylist Jehcara Nelson was chosen. Nelson styled her beautiful, thick hair in twists. How do we know this? Nelson posted about it on social media, despite a court order prohibiting it. Halle Bailey, DGAas well as their family and friends, to publish content online about the minor. Celebrity Stylist Issues Statements After Posting Banned Halo Images
On December 20, Live Bitez shared images from Jehcara Nelson’s Instagram stories, @strandoflifehair. One video shows a child sitting motionless in a high chair, as Jehcara boasts behind the camera that a hairbrush is his secret to silence. In the clip, she says she doesn’t want to show her face. So instead, she describes him as a “celebrity baby” and shares the top, side, and back angles of Halo’s hair. She also wrote on the video: “Famous Baby Chronicles: Guess the famous baby lol.” Jehcara Nelson also reportedly included a final look at Halo’s new look, with the caption: “2nd Anniversary Loading.”

But Nelson’s proud voice didn’t last very long! It seems she started feeling instant heat given the court-ordered social media ban. It’s unclear if this heat came from Halle Bailey, DDG or their collective fans.
In October, the co-parents decided to drop their requests for a mutual domestic violence restraining order. Additionally, they reached a temporary custody agreement that gave Halle physical custody of Halo except on Wednesdays and certain weekends, as reported the Los Angeles Times. The documents also outline their agreement on birthdays and this holiday season, although those details are not publicly known. Most relevant to Jehcara Nelson’s slip of the tongue is the social media policy, which the judge set in August, by PERSON.
“Neither party shall publish, upload or distribute on the Internet or on any social media platform, photographs, images and/or information concerning the minor child”, the October court documents reportedly declared. These rules also apply to friends and family of Halle Bailey and DDG.
In this case, it’s unclear whether Nelson falls into the category of “friends,” given that she was apparently hired to provide a service. Yet a screenshot shared by Live Bitez shows that she posted a lengthy apology and statement of responsibility on Instagram Story, before setting her account to private. She began by admitting that her post “included Halo,” then said she “did not have Halle’s consent to post it.”
“…this was entirely my mistake. I had no idea that sharing her image would conflict with an existing legal settlement, and there was absolutely no intention to cross any boundaries or cause harm. Halle was unaware that I had posted the content, and this situation is in no way her fault. As soon as this was brought to my attention, I took responsibility and was removed. I sincerely apologize for the oversight and for any concern it has caused. I respect deeply Halle and her family.”

Halle Bailey Tweets About Halo Birthday As Social Media Sounds Off Stylist
Ahead of Halo’s second birthday on Dec. 23, according to Timestamp, Halle tweeted a sweet note about motherhood. She wrote, “Two years ago today I became a mother. Time flies, I had such a wonderful day.”
Halle did not do so and did not address the incident with the stylist. But fans in the comments section of Live Bitez’s IG recap post continued to speak out.
“Love and hip-hop” in Hollywood Moniece massacre said, “Why are you posting someone’s minor child? Celebrity child or not, without the knowledge or consent of both parents?”
@coachkandaka commented: “We all knew it! This is why we haven’t seen Halo’s facial expressions with viral memes in months! 😩 he’s so adorable!”
@geminijo15 added, “If his own mom and dad can’t publish it, why would you think YOU could.” While @cvshxhippi3 said: “Why would you publish someone’s child brother.”
“She just THOUGHT no one was going to see who it was.” @honeywit_tea wrote.
@heartcmarie commented: “Why would you post someone else’s child without parental consent? I know who the baby is, he’s a minor and you shouldn’t post him without asking first, smh.”
