Nothing can hold back Patrick Mahomes And Brittany Mahomes“Children’s morale is at its lowest Christmas Eve – even a treadmill accident with mom.
“Christmas Eve workout with my kids,” Brittany, 30, captioned an Instagram Story video of her and Patrick’s older kids, Sterling, 4And Bronze, 3walking on the treadmill next to her on Wednesday, December 24. (The couple also share daughter Golden, 11 months.)
In the video, Brittany has her head down, focused on her workout as Bronze and sterling silver try to follow her – but they can’t stay hanging. Sterling falls and slides off camera first, followed by Bronze, who lasts a few more seconds before falling onto the machine.
The children, however, do not appear to be injured in their respective falls as they reappear during Brittany’s next set of exercises.

As Brittany lifts her legs and works her core in a second clip — while wearing a festive red sports bra and matching leggings — Sterling and Bronze are back on the mat.
Sterling is all smiles as she does her own abs, wearing candy cane print pajama bottoms and a flowy top. She finished off her vacation look with a big bow in her red hair, visible as she rolled up next to Brittany.
Bronze, meanwhile, seems just as happy to be with the ladies as he lifts his legs up and down while rocking green tree and gingerbread print pajamas.
The couple’s older children finished their gym session by pulling their arms on separate machines, according to another social media video.

While it’s unclear who filmed Brittany’s sweat session with her little ones, it’s possible that Patrick, 30, was behind the camera after a season-ending injury prevented him from practicing with the Kansas City Chiefs ahead of the team’s Thursday, Dec. 25, game against the Denver Broncos.
Even if the Chiefs play at home at Arrowhead Stadiumthe starting quarterback recently underwent surgery following a torn ACL during his Dec. 14 game.
“I don’t know why this had to happen. And I’m not going to lie, it’s [sic] it hurts. But all we can do now is trust God and attack every day, again and again,” the quarterback said. written via after the game, which the Chiefs lost, eliminating them from the playoffs. “Thank you to the Kingdom of Chiefs for always supporting me and to everyone who has reached out to me and sent prayers.”
Patrick reassured fans: “I will come back stronger than ever” despite the knee injury.
Patrick had surgery the following week and, according to the coach Andy Reidwas already planning his path to recovery.

“He’s going to attack it, like he does everything else,” Reid, 67, said at a Dec. 15 news conference, confirming that Patrick’s intervention was successful. “There’s been some really good quarterbacks that have had the same injury, and they’ve done pretty well after coming back. He’ll take care of it, and he’s got good people here to rehab him. He’ll be on top of it.”
Patrick, for his part, didn’t let his injury ruin the holiday season. The NFL player made sure his teammates got exactly what they wanted this Christmas by treating them to several big-ticket items.
“Christmas came early for the o-line! Shoutout to QB1 for the gifts 🎄,” read the team’s official Instagram page on Friday, December 19.
Based on the attached photos, Patrick gave the Chiefs offensive linemen an Aventon electric bike, a pair of Beats Studio Pro headphones, a Hublot watch, a Rimowa hardshell suitcase, white sunglasses and a Full Swing golf simulator kit.
“I like you, Pat!” player Chukwuebuka Godrick said in a video shared by the team as the O-Line walked in and saw the arrangement of gifts.
