Our team is continually impressed by our LSF community. All the women in this community have worked hard for 8 weeks and we are so proud of each and every one of you!
Thank you for pushing yourself and our community to be the best you can be!
It’s time to salute our Spring Slim Down 2025 winners! These inspiring women not only have amazing transformation photos, but also the most amazing stories!

History:
“Honestly, I almost didn’t submit my story because I wasn’t 100% “perfect” during the challenge. But then I realized, “Well, that’s the problem, isn’t it? Life won’t always be perfect, and neither will we. It is during these imperfect moments that we must bounce back and stick to the foundations.
I started off strong, but around week 6 of the challenge I had to have an unexpected surgery, which knocked me out for the rest of the challenge. Despite the obstacles, I remained faithful to the foundations of the LSF HBMP and I am now 12 pounds lighter and a total of 12.5 inches smaller! If you remember anything from my story, let it be this: Don’t let a small setback ruin your entire trip! I could have thrown in the towel and given up, but I didn’t, and the results are beyond amazing. You don’t have to be 100% perfect to see results.
The “old me” would have given up the moment I had surgery, thinking, “Damn, I can’t be 100% perfect, so what’s the point?” But I realized that The LSF is not simply a diet or a fad among others: it is truly a way of life, and a maintainable way of life! These last 8 weeks have proven that for me and, I hope, for everyone who follows my journey on Instagram. I’ve never felt (or looked) better, and the confidence I have now is priceless.
Thank you, Team LSF, for allowing women like me to rediscover their strength, confidence and joy and to know that even in life’s difficult times, I can continue.”

History:
“The last three years have changed my life. I started a family and now have two wonderful babies, a two and a half year old and a nine month old. As my family grew, so did my body. I grew taller, but I also gained a lot of weight. After having my daughter, I I had a really hard time losing weight. and I’ve maintained about 15 pounds more than I started with. After my son, I just added to what I had already earned, but this time I wanted to stop viewing weight loss as a one-time goal, but rather as a lifelong lifestyle that could be maintained.. I lost 8 pounds during this challenge and I am now below my pre-pregnancy weight for my son!!
But that’s not what’s most important to me. In addition to my before and after photos for this challenge, I have a state of mind before and after. I used to think that if I don’t stick to my plan, I’m a failure. Might as well start again tomorrow. Afterwards I think, If I don’t stick to my plan, it doesn’t matter, I’m human! I might as well find joy in the present moment because I am always traveling!
For me, this challenge wasn’t about being perfect (although hello 55-day workout streak on the app!), it was about having the discipline to push myself and remain consistent while having the grace to accept when things are not “perfect”. There were days when I didn’t have the energy to give it my all, but I still found a way to move forward in the moment and give what I could. There were days when I enjoyed ice cream with my daughter, but I still made sure to meet my protein goals and made a vegetable with every meal. I’m so proud of what I’ve accomplished over the last 8 weeks, but more importantly, I’m proud of the framework I’ve put in place to continue to achieve my goals and become the best version and model of myself for my children and my husband!“

History:
“The SSD was an eye-opening challenge for me because it was my first 8 week challenge back in the LSF community. I had to sit down with myself and evaluate what was stopping me from being happy in my skin and really try with my nutrition. I I avoided excess alcohol and tried to be aware of the calories coming in and going out! I 1000% I increased my activity with bonus moves, app workouts, and walking at least a mile daily at work or with my dog. I I stopped making excuses and I started tapping into my reserve of discipline, something that hasn’t been used in a LONG time.
A huge change I implemented in this challenge was actually join an accountability group. It was nice to see other women going through the same things as me with schedules and feeling exhausted and such. but we continued to show ourselves! Very inspiring! I tried new exercise techniques and I fell in love with moving my body again for 20-30 minutes to not only improve my physical appearance, but also to boost mental cognition and mood! I am a fitness enthusiast full of love and sweat since 2019 and you continue to impress me with the quality and quantity of challenges that keep us motivated and performing at our best.”

“My accountability group was just everything. Shout out to @angelaciams_lsf @samrand.lsf and @shannon.lsf!! It was just the most intimate group ever, we were so vulnerable and I feel so connected to them. I also have to mention Allison (@allison.fit.lsf) and Ellinor (@ellinor_lsf) who weren’t in my group, but was constantly messaging me and encouraging me! I really feel like we are all friends!!” -Camille
