Diddy Don’t miss a meal behind bars!
The rapper reportedly planned a full meal for the New Year’s celebrations, and the details are tantalizing, even if they don’t compare to the delicious choices he would have had outside.
Diddy’s latest antics in prison include a call from his lawyers for him to be released with immediate effect, after another headline-grabbing news story that he had violated prison rules by consuming alcohol.

Diddy’s team had another big holiday request, and this time, they were asking the court to consider overturning the rapper’s 50-month prison sentence.
In the appeal filed by lead appellant Alexander Shapiro, Diddy’s team claimed that Judge Arun Subramanian essentially acted as the thirteenth juror in Diddy’s criminal trial.
As reported The explosionThe lawyer added that Subramanian convicted Diddy based on allegations of coercion and other conduct that the jury rejected.
On this basis, Shapiro requested that Subramanian be effectively released to return home to his family, adding that the court “either enter a judgment of acquittal or vacate and place remand for resentencing.”

Shapiro also claimed that Diddy’s rights were violated because of the court’s position that he could admit to the more violent charges of sex trafficking and racketeering, although he was acquitted of them.
A representative for Diddy’s Bad Boy Entertainment Records clarified that the filing asserted that the district court imposed a “record-breaking sentence based on conduct that the jury explicitly rejected, in direct conflict with the 2024 Sentencing Guidelines and fundamental constitutional principles.”

The producer had asked the judge to transfer him to FCI Fort Dix in New Jersey after his sentencing so he could be closer to his family and also resolve his addiction issues.
However, after his transfer, it became public that he had broken some strict prison rules. Diddy allegedly participated in a three-way conference call and made his own homemade alcohol by fermenting Fanta, sugar and apples for two weeks.
The rapper denied the allegations and claimed he had focused on sobriety and self-discipline while behind bars with utmost seriousness. According to his team:
“We ask the public and press to give him the benefit of the doubt, the privacy to focus on his personal development and the grace to move forward in peace.”

In November, Diddy also enjoyed a three-course meal for his birthday, including a breakfast of bran flakes, breakfast cake or whole wheat bread, and two sachets of jelly. The explosion noted that it also came with packets of skim milk, margarine and sugar substitute.
The rapper was also able to enjoy sumptuous lunch options including chicken parmesan or chickpea burger, fruit or dessert and a drink. Diddy’s menu also included a serving of marinara sauce and a side of spinach, along with a side of garlic or whole wheat bread.
Diddy and his fellow inmates finished the evening with cheese or baked bean pizza, accompanied by Italian pasta salad, green beans and a garden salad with assorted dressings and a drink.

In October, Diddy took responsibility for his wrongdoing in a letter to Judge Subramanian, saying he had no one to blame but himself. In his words:
“In my life I have made many mistakes, but I no longer run from them.”
The rapper doubled down on the fact that he made several questionable decisions as he rose to fame in the industry. He admitted that his selfishness had caused his disgrace and that all that remained was his humility and defeat.
“I have worked hard and worked diligently to become the best version of myself and ensure I never make the same mistakes again,” the singer promised. He also added that he found healing through therapy, reading and exercise.
Diddy seems to be doing well in the diet section for the festivities.
